Shipping Policy

We now offer all order in the US free shipping with tracking. International shipping is also now available, however, shipping cost will vary based on location or the shipment.

Shipping Times:

USA: 7 - 10 business days

International: 10 - 15 business days

Multiple items: If you order multiple items, they will most likely be sent in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery.

Processing time vs shipping time


Please note that processing time (2-3 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 2-3 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office). 

After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.

Cancelling an order

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 30 minutes as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at support@noxumodern.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.

Unclaimed orders

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.

Custom / Duty free

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages. *We highly encourage customers to register an account with us to keep track of their order.

Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. If you choose to proceed with a return, please first contact customer service at customer@luxledstore.com. All returns must be authorized by customer service.

- The item must be in its original package, which includes screws and fittings. 

- There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns, however, if the returned items comes back with missing parts, damaged, or not in the original packaging, the restocking fee may be higher.

- Please include the order and order number on the return label.

Refund

- Returned items will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Team upon arrival. We will then notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection of the item.

- If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated to you original method of payment and credit will be received within a certain amount of days.

- Any customs charges are applied to the customer and will not be covered by LUX LED. If your order makes it back to our warehouse and there is a customs charge, the amount will be deducted from your refund.
